Intercooler hose delete/relocate

So after receiving my LPE/Rotofab intercooler reservoir, I decided to remove the standing intercooler line from intercooler to sc. After some cutting and bending, I used all existing parts and only purchased a 5/8" splice fitting and 4 Oeticker clamps. Eventually I'd like to use a complete hose from sc to intercooler but for now this will do.

I can't see the pics, and I'd really like to because I want to go down a similar road

If that was a question, then no it's not fixed. I had this problem and dumbasses were giving me crap like "maybe you actually want to post a pic next time." Anyway, how are you trying to post them, are you uploading them to your albums, then copying the BB code and inserting it using the "insert pic" button.

One of my issues was privacy settings, I had to go through and not have any of those so that people could see my pics

yes that does look so much better.

we did something very similar. although we make our own tank which holds 3 gallons instead of the 3 liters that tank holds.

Its a much cleaner look. Other than the cost of a reservoir, its a very cheap and easy mod. My tank holds more than 3oz though..

sorry i meant liters. when we removed the roto-fab which is a nice set-up to build our tank we measured the capacity of both. also our tank allows you to fill it with ice and has a drain.we have seen consistant gains of 40rwhp with the ice in our tank.

but either way it looks much better without the hoses routed in front of the motor.

I dont know, I kind of got used to seeing the SC LSA with the hoses, and when they are gone, it looks strange to me. My eyes are drawn to the divit in the plastic cover that used to make room for the hoses....not for me I guess.

I wonder if there's a sponsor on here that would make a mold that would essentially close the "divet".. For people who decide to do a intercooler hose delete.. Any ideas other than the above solution?

The above solution is an improvement. Great idea...You could put anything there, like a piece of riveted plastic with ZL1 on it, or just a red piece of plastic, etc...Good idea above, makes it look like there isnt something missing.
