had it just about a year and it gets louder and deeper but unfortunately there is somewhat of a loud drone with it.

The drone in The MRT V2 Is very minimal. I have it installed. It's not bad at all.

At 1800 there is a bit of drone but overall it is not bad. I have had a lot of cars with different exhausts and its not bad.

My hubby put it on my 1LT in April for my birthday.
I have a severe chronic headaches, so we chose very carefully,
not to get one too loud.
She does roar, but it is just right!
On my first 3-4 hour trip with it, it got a bit tiring to hear it,
but I was told to drive in a higher gear to reduce the drone/roar.
(I have the 6 spd manual)
We searched MANY youtube videos fo examples of MRT v2 exhausts on v6 Camaros.
Also, mine is axle-back. Research on youtube.

What RPM does the drone become noticable or annoying? I'm about to hit the buy button.. But I do alot of 70-75mph highway driving.. With the M6 that puts me around 2100-2300rpm.

really?? how old are u if u dont mind me asking. . .

well i have had mine on for a year now and i LOVE it. very minimal drone but u hear it the loudest at low gears and high RPM like u would with any exhaust.

to be honest i actually am thinking i want mine louder. a friend of mine has the MRT 2 also and he took his cats off and MAN does it sound like a beast!

also next time post in the bolt on section not in the forced induction threads.. . .

I think th solo J pipes are supposed to take the 1800 rpm drone away by canceling the harmonics but still leaving the rumble. I am waiting to hear more about it before I buy a set. I like the tone but after reading that people will be doing 4-5 hour drives I could see how a tad less harmonics could behelpful
