I checked the bolts, they are all very tight. And it's just during the heavy vibration of cold start..
it doesn't really sound like a metal vibration if that makes sense... It sounds like what a loose plastic panel vibrating would sound like, but i'm pretty sure i did't move any plastic pieces... Any other ideas??? I know this is a hard one to answer because it's defiantly something you have to kid of hear, but i figured that it doesn't hurt to ask.

What kind of vibration? is it vibration that's accompanied with rattle, knock, etc.. or just slight vibration only? if is only vibration than that's normal. After header your car will vibrate a little more especially for the first start up and in cold temp.

never mind, just saw your post. Just remember that aftermarket headers will be alot noisier vs factory cast manifold. You are probably hearing new engine noise with more vibration which is normal.

Yeah, it sounds like its something on the dash/ again/ a plastic part, but i can't figure it out because it only last for about 5 seconds during the begging of the cold start... This is going to be an adventure trying to figure it out.

Did you try to reuse any of the factory heat shields?
If so, make sure there's room around them.

I didn't reuse the main ones that go over the headers but i'm going to check the heat shields connected to the factory gaskets. After thinking about it, one of the might've gotten bent in a little bit so hopefully it's that.
