Any news on the Cadence situation?

Whats the latest news about the Cadence situation? I havent heard anything lately.

Cadence v GM

Now that we have all been reassured and everything is fine. I assume that means GM was successful in retrieving their equipment from Cadence???

So there will be NO future delays cause by this particular issue??? We can put this issue to bed and move on?

That is true, Cadence is not a factor any more.

The delay was to improve the car. They've gotten good feedback form the CTF cars and they want those improvements to be in the car when it is delivered, not sometime down the road. My guess is they really are trying to get this car to win major awards, like the Malibu.

OK, but HAS GM gotten the equipment back??? That's what I was asking. If they haven't then what??

Then they have other suppliers ready to pick up the slack. Don't worry. I'm pretty sure Fbodfather even commented on this saying it was a non-issue.
