If its the exact same kit I have, which I believe it is, it comes with two plates. One reads "1HOTROD" and is an Illinois plate, the other is "CAMARO" in the new block type font that is being used now, set against a black background

No, I just painted that one myself. The decals I got were like the ones DGthe3 said he has in his kit. I wanted something more personalized though and painted my own custom plate.
