I have read lots of bad things and reveiws about them but i do have a good story kinda ! Checked bank acount today and there was a $ 13.00 charge from them i called the number went through all the bull with the computer answering service and finaly got to talk to a real person only about 15 min. explained to him that I have free service till feb. 2014 and he is like ok hold on a sec. he comes back and with they didnt bill me it should be a credit back to my account I looked at the account again and sure enough it was a credit for when i canceld the subscription on old car im like sorry to have botherd you and have a good day !

I didn't want to post in the ranting thread, but I've never had a problem with them. I've had it for about 8 years now and they have credited me when I was owed and have always had good luck with their service and customer support.

I have never had a problem with them either. I love the selection of music and customer service has always been spot on.

Only real issues I had was my service was deactivated for 24 hours for some reason one time and they canceled my favorite station. Probably will not renew but I use my iPod more than anything
