Ok so actually the fitment is very good now on newer units, also I didn't need to cut anything for the RCA preouts the sound is great as well. Bluetooth calling works nab works great but I cannot get the internet or connect to the play store even though I'm connected to wifi at my house and also tried setting a hotspot via my phone.. Not sure what else to try. Anyone have similar experiences?

For internet you have to go to settings, apps, google play and something else, clear cache and try. I put exactly what somewhere in this thread but not near my computer

Sweet thank you both! Got it working.. This is great although as others have mentioned it is not without bugs.. Mine locks up on occasion when in an app.. May be because memory is low.. I just got a new sd card so will see if that helps..

My new problem is somehow now when I press the navigation button on the head unit it does not start up the igo nav app it just asks about orientation of the screen. The app itself works fine and It was working with the button but somehow overnight it now doesn't. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue or not.. No idea how to fix that lol

Somewhere on the screen or app section is an icon with a globe and red push pin. If u press that it will ask u to set the default for navigation. Going off memory but pretty sure

That worked too thanks for everyone's help! Has anyone figured out how to change the temperature gauge to Fahrenheit?

I contacted Lim, he said the temperature option will be fixed on the next update coming out.. Has anyone found a USB hub that works with this unit?

This unit is a pain in the a$$ to put in. Especially with the gauges. A metal prong broke off now it won't align right with the ion connector I emailed Lim and he said to try and shave some plastic piece to get it to work but won't show me the part to cut.. I'm very tempted to just put my stock unit back in.. He said he could also send out another bracket but who knows how much that will be.. Very frustrated about this.. Anyone have similar issues?

I think these are the plastic pieces that you need to shave off a bit. Here's a pic from an old post.

So I've been debating on buying this or looking for other options. Will this work with the factory Onstar, steering wheel controls, and factory XM?

It doesn't work with xm or onstar.. Some of the steering controls works.. Next song, volume, but you cannot place a call or voice command as the stock does.

Lim is sending me a new metal bracket, so in the meantime I ran the wires for the front camera.. Does anyone or has anyone installed the front camera? I'm looking to see how to wire it or what wires I need to splice into
