Thats a gangster price.

35k for a brand new 2ss, with Ground effects, high rise spoiler, heritage grille, stripes, RS package.

It literally has every option except the sun roof and auto trans.

Id jump on it, all you get with 2013 is the touch radio (you lose the backup camera in the rear view, and it goes into the radio). and Electronic assist steering

Sauder is a reputable dealer. I've bought a 2002 Camaro SS, a 2010 Camaro SS, an S-10 PU truck, a 2004 Silverado and last year a 2012 Silverado from Sauder. They never charge over sicker either.

Maybe added all the "dealer installed" stuff (3600 dollars worth) to move it out.

These deals are happening, I bought a new 2012 2SS/RS that stickered for ~$41,200 and paid ~$34,800 for it on March 30th. Yes, they stacked all the rebates and I qualified for 0% financing too. I believe that if you have good credit that is still available too for 2012 closeouts.

Might be they clearing out the 2012's and 2013's as quick as they can so then only the LESS aggressive looking 2014's will be on the lot ,

Remember, no hill assist on that one, and that's a good thing.

I'd say it's so up to what will make you happy. First, you can get them down on that price, so if it's about the money then get that one and low ball them. But if you think you'd be happier with the upgrades on a '13 you have to go that way. But that's a lot of money off on that one, and it should be.

I'll say this, that money you save on it could definitely go to performance parts.

Going with the two things Mcchuck and BDBiker were saying, screw whether they are putting rebates on top of rebates and whether you are getting dicked around, go in there hard and don't fall in love with the car. If they jerk you around, employ some colorful metaphors and expletives. Look, those guys are pros, you aren't going to hurt their feelings, if you do they are in the wrong business. My last Harley I bought, I had the sales manager in there turning red and pissed, but what do I care, I'm not paying sticker as his place when others will give me a deal, **** him.

Be hard, ready to walk out, you don't like red, you don't like the spoiler, whatever, make them feel like they need to sell you the car, play the game better than them. And don't be afraid to say $#%@@#$ **** %^&$$&$#@@@ and turn around and walk out.

For the record, they're are salespeople, yes there is a point in being rude to them.

Very good price on both those cars. They won't be there long at that price (I would think) so if that's what you want... you should jump on it!

I would buy it at that price but my first offer would certainly be less, it will give you some negotiating room. They are figuring in all applicable discounts to get to that price, you probably won't qualify for all of them but that doesn't mean they wont sell it to you at that price.
Don't forget, depreciation wise, that car will be 2 years old in just a couple of months. You will need to use that as a bargaining chip, you will take that hit when you drive off the lot.

Seems like a good deal, the 13's have dual power seats with improved bolstering, the retro rear view mirror, my link and the revised rear end suspension with the toe links altered to be outside the shocks, and the back up cam in the the mylink.....Thats just off the top of my head.
