What is this called
I got hit from the rear yesterday and have to replace the rear panel. What I need to know is, is this the actual name for this part "rear panel" or is it called something else by Chevy?

looking at your pic that is the rear facia (bumper). the entire piece will need to be replaced...

Okay one more question. What is the name of the black panel that the exhaust tips go through. That has to be replaced too.

This is the third time my car has been hit and each time it's gotten worse. First rear end hit....no damage. Second hit, front end got scratched pretty bad by some idiot who couldn't park. Now this. I'm sure it's an easy fix but it's still frustrating and an inconvenience.
