just remember, the only time you have too much fuel is when you are on fire.

Garage/Shop....

I see what your saying though... ouch... and I'm sure the concrete strip driveway would support a concrete truck... NOT....yup, sounds like an wheel barrow wagon train is needed...

well, the worst part is that to come in the driveway in the back of the house (top of the pic) is really tough as it is a narrow entrance with a brick/concrete retaining wall on either side as the house sits on a slight hill. the good news is that there is a double door gate straight off of the garage that I can use to drive from the front driveway (bottom of pic) through the front yard to the back if need be.

and I would be pouring new concrete anyway. hell, if I'm pulling the old place out, might as well pour a new driveway at the same time...lol

here's a few more pics of the house and layout

nice looking older house, mid 50's???

well if there hasn't been any rain, then is it possible to back a truck down with the trees taken into consideration....

the garage is on the higher part of the ground. so it would be backing a truck... up. lol both driveways are inclined upward from the road. I'm not too worried about getting the truck in. I've run conveyor belts before for concrete.

and late 20's on the age... and I'm loving it. the place is built... shall we say... solid. the floor joists are like wooden I-beams...

House looks awesome. I really like the layout.

Concrete is EXPENSIVE these days. Just our driveway was 4500.00 and it's not really all that big.

And is the concrete pond a pool? Or an actually concrete pond. LOL

it used to be a coi pond. and then it was filled in some years ago and now its a dirt pond on top of concrete...lol

which I like, because my daughter cant fall into it and drown.

the garage is not going up till at least next summer if not later than that. got plenty of other things to take care of first.

The place still has plenty of knob and tube wiring that needs to be replaced before any other work gets done.
