Just picked these up too, needed to see them on a Camaro to make up my mind and the other ones I ordered were back ordered over a month. Did you weld these or bolt on?

If you get a chance can you take a pic underneath of the exhaust tips? Which exhaust do you have, and did you cut the old tips off yourself? Btw, your car is sweet, love the look.

I have the Flowmaster American Thunder exhaust, Yes the exhaust shop cut the pipes before and after the boxes re-welded the rear on and put new pipes in the front so they could bolt on the new tips. I will see if I can get a photo tomorrow for you.

These are the tips I purchased

Ok thanks, I have MRTv2, just wondering how hard it would be to take my sawzall to the current tips and bolt on the news ones. I bought the same tips as you have, got em from Amazon, but they are the same

The only issue I had was that the single tip exhaust is off centered thus the new pipe needed to be added the exhaust shop charged me $100 took them approx 45 minutes the end result I was very happy with it.

You will see in the second photo where the red arrow is you can kind of see where the new pipe is and how it bent I will get a better photo for you.

Thanks to Maureen and the crew over at Rodgers Chevrolet for the hook up.

Enjoy
Your car looks awesome. Some day I may go for the whole set up but for now I just want the rockers.

I have a 2013 1LE and I am interested in adding the ZL1 rockers like you have.

I have a few questions about them and all my research did not clearly state how they go on and do these sider rockers extend below my current ones. Everything I read says that I take the existing rocker off to put the ZL1 rockers on. From the pictures it looks like the shiney black existing rockers stay on and the ZL1 rockers attach to that. Please help.

Also how much are the rockers from the dealer? Are they easy to install.

Jim
