Forced induction vehicles benifit from a dual valve catch can, thats what hes refering too.
Your not going to mess anything up with a single valve, just would be better.

I believe I read the single valve catch can is ok for use up to 8 pounds of boost. If you want more boost it's better to have a dual valve setup.

That can is fine. I run 2 of those and an open breather for the track. As long as you guys aren't at wot at 12+ psi for say 10 seconds there shouldn't be any issues. If anyone does start running their car like that you'll need a better setup or you will push oil out of the rear main.
