I believe Unrestricted motorsports makes center exit rear diffuser....As well as street scene..

I looked at the Unrestricted one and it looks more like a notched diffuser. The Street Scene isn't bad but I think it need to come down around the exhaust more. Maybe even completely wrap around the exhaust to decrease drag.

If your looking for the center exit exhaust look then this is the diffuser for you,this piece comes primed and sanded needing only final sand and paint. Can fit 4 round tips / 4 square tips or a custom made Lamborghini style big tip.
