Well, it's official... I'm no longer in line for a convertible. Time to finalize the plans for my hardtop and order. At least I get a reverse mohawk.

Tom wasn't the one that helped me make a decision. =)

I have spoken with Tom Henry and will be ordering through him when I do order however. He helped me with a few questions, but the penultimate decision was after speaking with someone else (non dealer related).

My first attempt at the new paint scheme idea. I'm trying to see other people's ideas for paint schemes while brainstorming myself. I updated the first post with the one I just did in ms paint.

Putnam has shitty sales reps, and boardwalk isn't too great. If local dealerships weren't terrible, I might. Courtesy is pretty far away, but who knows. Maybe I'll take delivery there after THR gets done with it.

This is one of the better paint schemes I have seen (the IBM with Cyber Gray stripes). I like the 'sinister' look. Even though I'm a girl, these were NOT meant to be 'girly' cars! Even though they have smiling front ends compared to the Challenger and the Mustang, it is a 'Go ahead, make my day' smile!

Thanks Leona, the sinister look is what I'm going for. The convertible was going to be bright and vibrant. The coupe needs a evil/sinister/etc. look imo. I appreciate the comments. I think I'm going with a blue base after seeing this chop. Single hood stripe though.

So just getting caught up on your status re coupe vs. waiting for the vert. And was wondering if you can't share who you spoke with or the details of what made you decide to go with the coupe vs. waiting for the vert. Can you at least say if it had anything to do with the wait?

Curious as I attended the meet & greet in January hosted by Scott. And he had very encouraging news about the vert. Which is why I'm still going to hold off and wait.
