Need Some Help Please!
Need some help....I just installed the stock air box back on my car. When I bought the car it never had the stock air box it already had a K&N cold air kit on it. So I am not sure how this tube connects. It slides in the hole but there is nothing keeping it in there. 2 times now I have been driving and it has come out and got caught in my fan. Am I missing something here? What holds this tube in to place?

That rubber tube is NOT factory, so it will not hook up to the factory intake.
The factory comes with a tube, that has a weird end on it if I remember correctly that snaps into the factory intake baffle thing. FYI, you are currently sucking outside air that isn't going past the MAF since that tube isn't sealed |

I'm not sure of the part #, but it's (the tube) probably only around $10-15 from the dealer. See below: |

The nipple that protrudes off of the stock air tube baffle looks to have been broken/cut off from yours. Not only do you need the hose assembly, you might need a new tube as well. Just curious why switch from the previously installed K&N CAI? Too noisy?

Nothing is broken of, he just has a replacement rubber hose instead of the stock PVC air tube.
