Windsheild washer nozzle relocatin

About 2 or 3 weeks ago I read a post here some was wanting about relocating the washer nozzles. H bought a hood but it did not have the mounting point to attach the nozzles. He was wanting get the nozzles that would attach to the wiper arm. one poster said that gm trucks has the nozzle on the arms.
would any know where I find that thread?

I think the Tahoe at 231/2in long and the camaro is only 201/2 in so that will not work. I had a 2003 Ponitac grand am that had the nozzles in tthe arm but the price are $50.00each side. That to much to spend on guess work. I'll hit the junk yards monday.

What manufacturer hood
has no spot for the washer nozzles ?

I'm looking to buy a hood next month and don't want any trouble hooking
up latches , hinges , nozzles .

Please update this thread if you find a washer arm that works. I have the CF COPO hood and it does not have a way that I can figure out to reattach the washer nozzles. I'll admit I have not looked into that hard but there are no holes in that area to secure them.

I would think drilling a small hole, molding tape, or making some sort of bracket that the nozzles can mount to, then mounting that bracket/adapter to the hood would work too.

I wouldn't drill or glue the washer nozzles to the copo hood. Definitely would ruin the hood also would look gaudy when the hood is open. There a company that sells a kit to mount the washer jet to the wiper arm. I'd have to look it up. I was going to go that route but said screw it no washer jets. Car is just a summer car no biggie

On my SLP hood, the washers are held in place with gray, 3M moulding tape. This hood was installed when the car was new, by the dealer, in '09. Works good, stays in place. When it does finally come loose (I know it will eventually). I'll just clean and stick it back on with some fresh tape.

Making WAY too much out of this.......
