It's called having respect for traditional musical values. The instrumentation and to an extent the compositional sense here has been the same for generations.

It's fine to be close-minded musically, but to bring in the donkey pulling a cart comment makes you seem like a cyber-klansman or something. Please don't talk like that in public. It will make someone uncomfortable.
