Question Eibach Suspension Questions

I just received my Eibach Pro Kit (Lowering springs and sway bars) but the installation instructions are minimal at best. Can someone please explain to me how hard the install is, or direct me to a thread that explains this?

Also, for anyone who has the sway bars..For the front bar, do you suggest the soft setting A (normal condition driving) or the firm setting B (suggested for track and not to use on wet, bumpy roads)

Rear bar = A softest B mild or C firm setting?
My car is my daily driver. Is it pointless to put these on the soft/normal settings?

I went soft in front, mild in rear to start. Mine is also a daily driver...you'll immediately notice the difference.

You'll enjoy the setup, as well as the new look. Don't forget to get a good alignment after about 2-3 days...I did mine the next day, the springs settled a bit more after 2 days and I had to get the alignment done again...my case may be unique...I've never read of anyone else having to repeat the alignment.

I just did the sway bars yesterday; I did setting A in the front, and the middle setting B in the rear...same as you. Did not get to the springs yet. I will do them thursday.

I love the sway bars though. I can definitely notice the difference. A lot stiffer, and a lot less body roll.

I used a jack and stands, and getting that front stock sway bar out is so difficult and annoying!!! I eventually just jacked the engine up and ripped it out.

Took me about 3 hours just to do the front bar by myself lol

I was going to warn you about that as soon as I saw this thread. Front bar is a giant P.I.T.A!

I went with the same settings. Springs are much easier. Just make sure you have a spring compressor.

Now is the compressor mandatory? From what I was told you don't need one...what do you all suggest?

If a spring compressor is needed, i've rented one before from AutoZone. I think it was about $20 or something like that, but they refund it back to you when you're finished using the tool. Free 'loan a tool' program.
