They called me as the car was being moved off the hauler. I was there 20 minutes later. I looked over the car and I allowed them to remove the outer plastic covering the front fascia so paint could be inspected and that was it. There was 15 miles on the car. They had absolutely no problem with my demand not to touch the car and did their PDI and released the car to me with still 15 miles on it and all the plastics still in place other than the front fascia. I have every barcode off the car including my build sheets. Talk to the right people, have the right attitude and simple requests are easily fulfilled.
