NO... Weight & HP factor is not needed for 0-60 or 1/4mi. times.

I ran a few times on my G-Tech and got a 4.1 sec 0-60 and a 12.2 @120mph. I ran a 12.4 @118 on the track. I think they are fairly close - it all depends on the launch and if you can get traction. I have a hard time with traction on stock tires.

I took my wife for a ride tonight and we used her phone to time it. She started it the second i said go hitting the gas. We spun at least a car length and i said stop when we hit 60 she probably didnt get it stopped right at 60 but pretty close and she came up with 4.59 seconds with spinning. I was worried about getting one of the sluggish l99s but it appears to be running very well. I see no reason to do the fuse pull. I was very pleased with the little Camaro.

I was playing with the Android app "aDyno" and the first run was an impressive 0-60 in 4.5 seconds. Then I failed to get the damn thing to start right (the aDyno app)... and the next run I was able to get it to time was a wildly different 0-60 in 5.9 seconds. So accuracy, user error and setup are likely my issues

Had some great weather to make some 0-60mph runs, these are the results:
V6 A6
Temp. 54-55 degs. = VERY GOOD
Humidity 53-55 % = good
Barometric pres. 30.19" = VERY GOOD
Elevation app. 350 ft.
Did four 0-60mph runs: 5.31, 5.18, 5.17 & 5.13 = My best ever.
This was with my new MRT axle back exhaust.

My prior four 0-60 runs were : 5.30, 5.29, 5.26 & 5.23 But with those runs the Bar. pres. was 30.02, tem. & hum. about the same so, how much the exhaust helped, can't say 100% because the Bar. pres. was different but maybe as much as .10 sec.(which is the diff. on the best 2 runs)

Temp.,Humidity,Bar.Pres.,& Elevation.....ALL MAKE A VAST difference in times!

Nice! I'm going to have to order one of those. I've been looking at the Dashhawk but if this gets the job done for $250.00 less then there is no question!

You know you are supposed to stick them in the middle of the windshield lol (that's what the instructions say anyways) just thought it was a little weird you had it on the radio like that. I was WTF where is he putting that and I saw the radio light up in the background. And that was a V6? I gotta agree with Bowtie Guy by saying WOW.

It's much easier to get to the controls mounted on the radio then on the windshield. I only leave it there for the runs. Yes it's a V6 AT.

Thanks,
If you are in Denver Co. I guess your elevation is very high ?
You will get slower runs the higher you are. Plus the Temp.,humidity & bar. Presure will make Vast differences in the runs.

I got my Kat Matrix the other day and made a couple of runs in my Z28. 0-60 times were 5.92, 5.81, and 5.75. My starts were decent but not the best. I ran a 13.92 @ 106 in the 1/4 mi with a DA correction of 12.78 @ 114.831
