Vandalized 1LE

So apparently some jackass kids thought it would be funny to spray some sort of foam all over my car. It didn't hurt the paint but the hood is stained. I put some Adams VRT on it so hopefully that will take care of it. Police report was filed by the apartment complex but I doubt anything comes out of it. Someone also keyed the whole passenger side too but its so light it won't show up.

Oh no. Sorry you have to park in the lot every night. Hope it all turns out well.

It has literally ruined my day. Luckily the maintenance guy came and woke me up early this morning before the sun baked it on there. The hood wrap will likely need to be replaced but the paint is ok I think.

I would be beyond furious - can you get security cameras? If not overlooking the lot, maybe something to mount on the dash? Would probably just need night vision and time lapse. There's this cool security light at Costco, for a house - but it has a motion sensor and physically moves to track the motion. It's also got a camera.

I wish the complex had cameras but they dont :( I was thinking about getting a gopro and mount it in the living room. We are on the 3rd floor and I can see the whole parking lot from our window. I may need to invest in a motion sensing camera. I work to hard and pay to much money to have a car ruined by some dumb ass kids.

I'm sure there are other options, this is just one from a generic search that seemed reasonably priced. GoPros are cool but really bad in low light, and not really suited for security for a number of reasons.

This is terrible. I really hope you are able to find out who did this and make sure that they get arrested.

That camera is pretty neat and reasonably priced. I hate living in an apartment. People here just have no respect.

My heart aches seeing this, I love the 1le! That's my fear as well because I live in apartments too. I kept my camaro in storage (not a 1le) for a while but I just got tired of driving back and forth to get the car. Taking my chances now. Sorry this happened to you! Good luck!

Yeah I am constantly paranoid about it being in the parking lot. They also did the same thing to a guys cutlass that has custom paint and wheels. I think his car was worse than mine
