Front license plate

For those who live in a state that require a front license plate what are you doing about it? Where are you mounting it? This it what I bought and I'm not happy with it.

I have the ZL1addon front license plate bracket that utilizes the tow hook receiver.

I love it, but I had to go buy a spacer to get more room between it and the bumper.

just pay the $200 fee and get it over.

another option is to put the plate on via the tow hook, get an officer to verify and sign the ticket, and then pay the $25 correctional fee

I have the sto n show and I'm very happy with it, although my front license plate is stowed in my trunk. I only plan to use if and when I get a fix-it ticket.

That is why I bought mine. Maybe 50%/50% that they wont even give a correction ticket if I can pop it on right there for that attentive cop. Otherwise, I have a quick fix for the ticket.

Also I have state inspection so it at least has to go from my trunk to that location once a year.

I ordered a ZL1addon front license plate (camaro) for 2SS and found the plate is too close to front bumper after installation (no spacer in the package), and if using the screw on right upper corner, highly likely to scratch the car...maybe should use a pad behind the plate

I know there is another version for ZL1, does the ZL1 version come with a spacer?
