Did they do any tuning when they put on the headers? And are they catted? I bet it's the rear O2 sensors.

I know this sounds dumb but my 05 Goat would throw a sensor light when the gas cap wasnt screwed tight enough

Not dumb at all. Very plausible.

If you are running high flow cats you will set a P0420 & P0430 Catalyst Inefficiency Code. This is normal. You will need the ECM re-calibrated to get rid of it. The dealer can not make this re-calibration. They can erase the codes, but they will come back.

Contact me if you have any questions.

i bet it is the knock sensor. my lt did the check engine light thing, and i had to wait 2 weeks before my dealer got the software. I hit the onstar button they did a scan, and it came back as a knock sensor. Dealer got the software for there computers ran the scan and it read knock sensor. knock sensor has been ordered it has been 3 weeks, and still waiting.
