Transformers 2 Camaro?
I'm thinking about doing a semi transformation to my camaro to make it look like the one in transformers 2. The reason I say "semi" is because I don't plan on painting the car.
Has anyone else done this before? Also is there a DIY for chrome door handle covers? Thanks in advance. Also what version of the Transformers Camaro is your favorite? |

My favorite is the T3 Version. I had a 2010 2SS Transformers version and loved it. Just sold it a few weeks ago due to some unexpected bills. I am hoping that once I have these cleared up, I can order a Yellow ZL1 and then "modify" it with the T3 Stripes (hood, roof and rear deck) and then exchange the yellow mirrors with black mirrors and swap the yellor rear spoiler black rear spoiler. I just don't know what to do about the black section on ZL1 hood. I'll look to see what it will cost to paint it yellow. I already have the autobot logos to place under the camaro logo and I am ordering the autobot head rests and center console cover. I also have the black gill inserts... I know, I am a Transformers Geek. With the exception of the difference in the "real" color of bumblebee, my planned version will be pretty darn close.

Personally I like the T1 version best. I don't like the large spoiler of the T3 version. I do like the 2012 interior better though. Also, there's the scene in the movie where Bumblebee "upgrades" to the concept camaro that just stuck with me. That image just awoken the little kid in me.
I was ecstatic when I happened to stumble across a 2010 Transformer edition 2SS/RS in excellent condition. I bought it that day. |
