Apex Motorsports Delivers

Per recommendation on this forum, I ordered a set of Gorilla lugs through them about 2 weeks ago. Instantly got an email saying my card was billed for the $82 and then nothing since. A week and a half ago, I called and asked for an update - told they were out of stock, re-directing my order from the supplier directly to me and that I would get confirmation later that day. Never got the email and have called a couple of times almost every day since. Left a few messages but nobody has answered the phone in over a week. Not bashing - just want my lugs and hope everything is OK . . . .

Wow, I have a tab opened now with about $400 worth of stuff I was going to order. Not now. You should call your credit card company and dispute the charge, that will get their attention. Good luck man.

I just talked to them through p.m. yesterday they are probably just busy or maybe something I have never heard anything but good things about them and there customer service. Send them a p.m. maybe there phones are acting up.

Do not over react... Took 3 months for Stark Performance to respond to one of my emails... LoL. Did not mean the sky is falling.

Hang in there guys, don't cancel your orders. Getting some pretty aggressive follow-up now. I will keep you posted.

By the way, just bought a black/black 2013 ZL1 with 6k miles. Nice to meet you all. Probably not the most elegant introduction.

lol....feel free to click edit on your first post then click the advanced edit at the bottom and edit your title.

Apex is a well respected vendor here on C5.....you kinda walked into a Laker game and just yelled "I hate the Laker girls".

I've bought several things from them over the years and never had a issue.

I'm having some very similar issues.

Will wait patiently to disclose details to allow adequate time for apex to respond.

Edit:Was contacted by Victoria- she cleared everything up. Was on the fence about ordering with Apex again, however will choose them again as the resolution was quick
