*Pics* Eye Candy.. First DSS V6 Trans to V8 Rearend 3.5" Aluminum Shaft
Thank you once again to BaylorCamaro for coming down while I was in Houston so we could properly measure out a driveshaft for his vehicle. This Driveshaft Shop 3.5" Aluminum Driveshaft is for V6 transmission (Manual OR Auto Flanges are available) to the V8 rearend, proper lengths and all. No more using the stock driveshaft to fool the measurements with the slip couplers!
Now it is on it's way to BaylorCamaro! |

Haha YG the list never stops.
Yes this was a great combination of some good minds put together and an excellent fabricator. SIX: Just like you said, day by day these cars are still gaining great parts. I know you are testing out some clutches over there, and a few months ago there was no options. Here is just another one to add to the V6 mod lists. |

Baylor has one impressive shaft. Think this will work with a 1LE differential?

If you have a V8 rearend in there, you have taken the front half of the propeller shaft from your V6 and then taken the back half of the prop shaft from a V8.. The reason why it works as far as distance is because there is a slip joint in the middle of the prop shaft. If you want the proper length shaft, along with the reliability this is the way to go. The other way does work... |
