The only thing that would worry me about settling for an axle back is the cutting involved. The cost is pretty high for a cat back

Is it worth it to get a catback if I'm just going for sound for right now?

If you are only looking for sound then yes you only need a axle back. I just put my Borla S cat back on and to be honest if i didn't buy the package deal from Maryland speed i would just do a axle back. The only down side like someone mentioned before is cutting your stock mufflers off.

I took my stock exhaust out in 1 piece which is nice because if i ever want to put it back to stock it's all in one piece and not cut up. I must say since i put on my Borla S catback on it sounds so sweet! Once i add my Kooks long tube headers i think it will be just right. Borla S exhaust is the bomb!

Yeah I'm tryin to keep it close to $1,000 I would love to get under $1000. I don't ever plan on puttin my stock exhaust back on but the cutting of my stock exhaust kinda has me worried and how good it would sound

Why get 1/2 the system now then later your gonna keep modding and your going to want more.

Then you'll want the whole enchilada, having to sell the axel back here on the classifieds for half the price you paid then paying AGAIN LOL.

Just my .2 sir ask me how I know? Lol

I'd wait and do it all the right way. I'm just saying.

When I was looking for my Borla S, Maryland Speed was the cheapest by far.

Here is a link to their catback and axleback.

Maryland Speed hooked me up big time when I bought my Borla exhaust and Kooks headers. Send them an email.
