Sacramento Body Shop

So I'm looking for a new body shop in the Sacramento area. Used to take my Vette and my current Camaro to Thompson's, but I've seen a decline in my experience with them. Don't want to go into anymore detail than that, because they are a great shop and do great work, I just think Ron is a little too busy anymore with collision work to mess with my custom work.

What I'm looking to do is have the clear wet sanded all the way around- the previous owner must have washed this car with a scouring pad in some spots. It was so caked in wax that I couldn't even see it at the dealer. I had Ron run over this thing for two weeks with every grade of polish and even a wool rotary to try and get it out. Everyone has said a wet sand is all that I can do at this point and really it works right into the other things that I'd like to do.

I'd like to have my rallies painted and add hockey sticks. I want them under the clear anyway. Also have the interior door and dash panels taken off and prepped, I'd like them painted in IOM rather than the stock silver that they were.

There's a ton of shops here, just wondered if anyone has had any experience with them on custom work.

Thanks in advance,
Dave
