The auto start

Hi everyone

I have camaro 2011

when I turn it on automaticly the A/C doesn't work

here in Dubai the weather is very hot in the summer

the question is

if I didn't turn the A/C off when I will close the car and when I will start it automalticly the A/C will be turned on or no?

and there will be any problems on the A/C

it's not like the GMC cars

thank you

Hello, If it is a factory installed option my first place to look is the owners manual that came with the car. If it was installed by the dealer I would take it back to them.

My Camaro is on order so I am no expert. Maybe someone else can help you out here. Good luck.

The ac should come on when you autostart if it was on when you last turned off the car. If it does not, I would take it to "doctor" for a checkup cuz it sounds like something is wrong.

True enough.....in the settings.

and even at that....when you auto start the car.....the A/C will be at the level it was left when you turned the car off. Its something I had to LEARN to do....and that was to remember in the morning when I got to work, and before I turned the car off, to turn the A/C on to the COLDEST TEMP, and the FAN on HIGH, and the setting to RECIRC.

the settings are on the radio controls. Once you select those you hae to leave on the settings you want to come on with the car startup. when you get in nothing will light up until you turn the key but the fan will run and it will get cool. I use mine all the time. wen I open the door the fan is blasting cold air!

I went to vehicle setting\remote start and all I saw was the heated seats either on or off. I did not see anything about the AC. Is this info in the manual?

I'm in the manual right now and it only speaks of the heated seats. No mention of setting the AC or heat or anyhting about the HVAC for that matter. Am I missing something?
