My color combo is RJT with Cyber Grey stripes. I thought that was unique, but you're now the second person here with that combo. It looks great. Who painted the ground effects? I'll have to consider those now.
The only thing missing here: how does it handle? Not sure if there are any good driving roads in Kansas City, so you may not know.

I agree with your rants - the car has poor access to rear seats - and you need memory seats.
I do love the express up AND down windows. |

yea, those things are nice to have.....but c'mon....if your wanting all that just go get u a caddy cts.......its a camaro man.....in my opinion, to enjoy a car like that u need to just row the windows down and drive down sum back country roads and just let the car do the rest.... the only bad thing u said that i agreed about is the passenger not being a power seat, my girl complains about it in my muatang. lol.oh...by the way, nice car man

Awesome review, however I do have one question. You say it doesn't come with automatic climate control. Does it come with Dual Climate Control though? Turning the knobs I can live with even though my bottom of the line BMW has auto dual zone control I would be willing to give up the auto to own an American Muscle car!

Who cares about automatic climate control? I always had to override the thing in all my cars that had it anyway.. They just don't keep the car temp where I want it.. I like doing it myself better! As for duel climate control.. Shut a vent or two on the passenger side.. SAME THING

I agree with you on alot of things, although I've got the auto and not stick. (going drag racing)... I believe they left the pass seat manual as it is for faster entry and exit from the rear seat, for if it were power, it would be much slower to access the seat back there. My big gripe is the cheap plastic sun visors!!! Why not cover these with leather and spruce them up a little bit? I mean come on, plastic sun visors???? Other than that, the car pretty much is spot on.

I agree. ..If you consider today's 21st century technologies......Chevy did "cheap-out" on what's available.
...(and it really shouldn't be too much more money to accommodate as options)... (besides the things already mentioned here). Here's what I would speak to....Personally....Living near Los Angeles... -First and foremost is this out-dated "OnStar" GM sticks with! Who the heck wants to rely on spoken directions when a full screen nav would give you both and so much more? yeh, yeh...the emergency notification is nice and "WOW"...they can unlock my car remotely....BUT....that's old tech... with what's available on wireless networks today the Nav systems can also give you internet access....locations of stores, weather, traffic reports, movies, restaurants.... etc...etc...(plus Direct TV is about to offer whole slew of programming...be nice to walk out of work to your car and watch a show for 30 mins? ). Heck...Alot of today's cars have forward and rear radar that can help auto-correct your driving to keep you safer. Believe me...when the "Rock-Star new-ness" of this Camaro wears off.....you'll start to notice more and more just how much of a stripped down car... "technology-wise" this is. |

Nice review, modiecast. I was going to disagree with your negative comments about the BA system, but see you made a more positive update. It is quite bass heavy like you say, but overall I think it's very comparable to the Bose system in my 350Z, although not when listening to XM. I'm thoroughly displeased with XM's fidelity. Does it even go to 15KHz? Much better sound from a CD. I have yet to try MP3s.
Oh, and I love how it remembers the tone settings for each source, especially with XM and CD being so different!
