x-pipe on vert

I posted this on the drivetrain already, thought I post it here too.

Looking to install a x-pipe on my vert, however no one seems to make it, except borla. I was never a fan of the sound borla makes in person or on video clips, doesn't have enough of that true muscle car sound. HOWEVER their website says their x-pipe will work on a vert. Does anyone have an x-pipe on their vert and who did they use. I would like to use SLPs x-pipe as I am a fan of the company and sound they produce. Thanks camaro5 peeps.

Dunno if this helps... but I have the magnaflow competition 2.5" cat back on mine w the combo x-pipe/muffler... no clearance issues and a very nice deep rumble.

The solo mach cat back has a x-pipe built in. They do all sorts of custom work I'm sure they could get a kit together for you. They are a supporter here give them a call.

I just want to know who gives the best performance increase....from what ive heard a catback setup is the only way to get any gains and even 5hp is good enought for me.

I have a Kooks catted x-pipe running back to SLP LoudMouth II exhaust. Granted I also have LT headers, but the setup and sound is awesome!

Just FYI performance wise, I never did a stock dyno... but...

KnN cai and Magnaflow Comp Cat-Back = 396 RWHP (all numbers non corrected)

Added Stainless Works 1 7/8" long tubes (no cats) = 417 RWHP

(hypothetically) added Mike Norris tune = 429 RWHP

I purchased the SLP headers, high flo cats, resonator, x pipes to mate up with the LMII I already have on. It is scheduled to be installed and tuned in 10 days. I can post pics then if that is not to late. I have '11 Indy Pace vert.

Well I currently have a 2011 SLP ZL585 2SS 6M with all the SLP extras that is under performing in my opinon. So I have a date with Speed Engineering which is just south of Knoxville, Tn. I am working on a plan and scheduling with them to do the following:
CNC Ported Heads, new Cam, Porting my currently install SLP Magnuson Supercharger, adding SLP 1.85 Rocker Arms/Spring Kit, boost a pump, 65 lb injectors, smaller under drive pulley and retune. Plus adding Brembo drilled rotors.
Choices of speed shops are limited in this area but these guys have been featured in tons of mags and have a lot of thrilled customers. It will be my first time with them.
I'm hoping to be at least 675 when done with 700 in my sight. If your not in the 11's or low 12's you don't get respect in these parts.
Dozens of high 12 cars at my track (Bristol Tennessee's Thunder Valley).
Heck my 09 Sky Redline turns 13.2 and they think it's cute.

Borla Manufacturing Plant

FYI, the Borla Plant is 10 miles from my home in Tn. Still chose SLP. Just don't dig their sound.
