I googled a colorado license plate. >
Then in photoshop, I filled the original numbers with the white colour of the plate. Used this font with the green colour from the license plate. Then in photoshop (in LAYER STYLE) used the bevel & emboss (style: outer bevel) messed around with the DEPTH & SIZE. Use the BURN tool and/or the DODGE tool to your taste. And voilā! --I'm still trying to find a better font to use for the license plate.
