Is 50 Degree's warm enough to go topless?
Is 50 Degree's warm enough to go topless? Just want to know if we're all the same type of crazy. My vote is YES! Then again, maybe it's not crazy.
Hope all you out there with vert's are enjoying the ride! |

Just got back from the local store to pick up some milk. At 43 degrees outside I still had the top down ! Maybe in a few months 50 will be too cold but not now !

I am in Phoenix. It is 100 degF here today. I would say 110 degF is too hot to go topless.

Its all relative. In my area (S. Florida) 50 degrees is cold.
But If I had a Vert I'd rather drive with the top down in 50 degree weather than 95 degree weather. When its real hot, I want the windows up and the AC on blast. I hate to get too hot. |

I think that depends on what you are doing. If you are going somewhere that you don't want to be a little on the sweaty side, then top up, but if it doesn't matter, like to the store, my top is staying down!

Been driving past 6 years with the tops down anything above 35. Heated seats, heater blowing and a good jacket. I don't buy convertibles to have the tops up.

Absolutely. I've driven top down in convertibles as low as the 30s. Run the heater with all the vents pointed at you, and you'll actually stay quite warm.

People ride motorbikes at those temps so why not. At least you can turn the heat on.
