3rd Brake light Power?

I just installed a ZL1 tail fin on my 2013 1LE and need to find the proper power for the stop light mounted in the fin. Does anyone know where I should hook this up to?

The simple answer is connect it to the existing light but getting to that thing is not easy from what I can see. I don't want to just start tearing into my package tray looking for it only to find out there's an easier way to get to it.

Help.......

Unfortunately their isnt an easier way to get to it.

Only thing that makes it easier is the plug and play harness Gen5DIY sells.
