Olcott next weekend. In talking to Joe Sr and Jr today its gonna fill up fast so be there early if you are planning on attending. first 1000 cars get in. Sounds like a lot and it is but they were over that last year so.

This is coming up soon..Just trying to see how many are coming out for this one. I am willing to have people over after for a BBQ if interested as we did last year, my house isn't that far from the show. Just putting feelers out there to get a head count. Let me know if you are interested and we can have a meet up point in the am at the same place we did last year.

I wouldn't miss this one! Count myself and Tracy in...what can we bring? We brought cheesy potatoes last year if ya want the same?

ok less than a week for olcott, are we meeting at the same mini mart as last year? and if so a good time frame? Only 1000 vehicles are able to enter this year so its another early day. I personally would like to be in the area close to 8am when gates open but thats just my feelings, let me know I have a couple non members coming also

I was just talking to a few friends and they mentioned 3 or 4 groups leaving crazy early. 1 meeting up at 4am in Lancaster NY heading up. I'm thinking early day for sure.

This will be our 1st anniversary of having found Upstate C5 and having met some of you in Olcott!

I would think we should meet close to 7 especially with the new system. We should meet at the mini mart by 7 as its a short drive to the park from there.
We met at the Sunoco on Rt 78 and Old Niagara Road (right across from the Wyndham lawn school) last year. This seemed to work well as its a crosspoint from people coming from RT 31 (East), then we can just run up 78 North till we get to the park. It's 11 miles from there to the show. If we roll out at 7:00 and get there by 7:30 we should be good. If anyone is running behind or will not be there at that time let us know so we can get a head count and save spots if possible.

Well we have 2 leave the earliest. Going to try and be there on time. So far 3 cars.
