I ordered it at Jimmie Johnson Chevy in San Diego. Bloody thing was sitting on a truck for the past week and a half because "they wanted a full truck". Dealer got GM on it and they made them expedite it on a truck Monday night, got here Tuesday morning.

Nice! What kind of car is that? Just kidding. I would like it a lot more if it was in my garage. You will enjoy it even more once you get used to the clutch.

... What options you get, NPP or Recaros?

NPP (I don't think it should be "optional") and nav since I was thinking "I could use my existing Garmin, but then I'd have to clutter up the dash with one of those pads to stick it on, and the damn things fall off and... etc etc".
No Recaros though. As you might be able to tell I'm kind of a big guy (not fat like pictures make me look though), and side bolstering just doesn't feel right to me. I did get some dealer protection plans for surfaces (leather, paint, etc) and extended B2B warranty since I'm a believer of the whole life liking to throw curveballs, and I drive my cars until it looks like they're gonna start needing major work. Also I park on a college campus during the day, with a bunch of foreign kids who just got their first license here , seagulls, and ancient professors. So I'm already puckered up for crap to start happening. |
