Exhaust gaskets for Shorty Header install
I will be installing someone's shorty headers eventually. I see pretty much none of them come with new gaskets. Is anyone replacing the gaskets with new ones? I think it would be a good idea to replace them. Does anyone have part numbers for the exhaust manifold gaskets and cat flange gaskets?
Thanks |

My Car had about 1500 miles on it when i put my DT Shorties on and the original gaskets looked brand new. I would say see what his/her original gaskets look like and go from there once you pull off manifolds which can take less than 1 hour.

That's cool. I think just the same it would be better to just replace them. They have been crushed once already, not like they are reusable. I don't see them being that expensive. Anyone know any part# for the manifold and flange gaskets?

JBA shorties come with new gaskets. I just put mine on about a month ago. (and they are stainless to boot)
