Do you or do you not need a shorter RTA with a 1- 1.25 drop?
If you drop the car 1.25" with Eibach, pfat, etc. do you need a shorter rear trailing arm to obtain OEM alignment specs?
Also, what are OEM specs and should they be the same after a drop or changed a little to compensate? |

Hi verboten,
Thanks for posting your question. Please take a look at our recommended alignment values in this PDF below, it will outline the values you should try to aim for, when using drop springs and/or other components for a variety of uses ranging from full street to dedicated racecar. http://www.pfadtracing.com/blog/wp-c...-alignment.pdf You do not need to install aftermarket rear trailing arms to accomplish the "performance street" alignment settings that I have posted below. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions! We are here to help. Front min Camber (deg) -0.9 max Camber (deg) -1.1 min Caster (deg) 7.5 min Caster (deg) 8.5 min Toe -1/16" max Toe 0 Rear min Camber (deg) -0.7 max Camber (deg) -0.9 min Toe -1/16" max Toe 0 Notes These settings will provide good performance and good tire wear |
