Pedders EP6579 Radius Inserts
Anybody install these? I just got mine with no instructions. Are these just unbolt the radius arm insert bushings and retighten? Anything out of the ordinary?
Thanks, Rob |

That's all I did. It's straight forward except that I had to loosen the 2 lower bolts on the washer bottle to get the driver side radius rod bolt out.

One more thing I should mention. Retorqued the radius rod bolts to the factory specs once the weight is back on the car.

They are seriously easy. Remove the front bolt, and just pull the control arm to the rear, and the arm will come out of the fixture. Pop the old ones off with a screw driver, then pop the new ones on, the reinstall the arms, torque the bolts.
Now the ones that I have done, I had the struts out. So you may have to disconnect the front sway bar end links. mike dms |

Not to bad. Took an hour and only had to loosen the windshield water bottle to get the drivers side bolt out.
Thanks for the input Rob |

I haven't heard of any variances in them yet, but maybe your serious abilities scared the car in to releasing the arm to you! lol
