Shift kit

I'm rebuilding my tranny soon, and was looking for a good, but cheap shift kit for my car.
I found some B&M stuff at Autozone, but before I go spending money, I wanted to be sure I was getting what I wanted.

I found these two to be the ones that seem to fit me:

and

Thing is that I don't need to be towing, but I like the fact that the more expensive one says you can downshift at any speed.
Should I just go with the cheaper one (will it be ok to downshift at any time), or the more expensive one?
