Weld Racing spec and tires, I am right?

I'm thinking about ordering Weld Wheels RT-S in black 17''x 10'' and front 17x5''

Are those parts the right one?
front; Weld Racing#927-71HB7050N22A RT-S Series Wheel Size: 17" x 5"
Bolt Circle: 5 x 120mm
Rear Spacing: 2.20"
Black
Offset: -37.59mm

rear; Weld Racing#927-71HB7100N72A RT-S Series Wheel Size: 17" x 10"
Bolt Circle: 5 x 120mm
Rear Spacing: 7.20"
Black
Offset: +17.78mm

I have read on the subject and the offset seems weird. Are those the right wheels? (they are the high pad).

TIRES;
I read that 28'' can slow your car! Should I run 26'' front and rear? I have a 1LE and I have to shift to 4th before the end of 1/4 mile. Would a 26'' tires help me to stay longer in the 4th powerband.

-I'm thinking about Nittos 555R in 315/35R17 or NT05R (193$ or 197$ discount tire direct). Those tires are 25.79'' tires, would that be ok with front M&H 185/55R17 , which is sold as a 26'' tires. Would my ABS and traction be lighting up??

Lastly, could I run Weld rear wheels only with my front stock tires? Or is it better to run like TSW Nurburgring 18'' wheels back with front stock wheels/tires?

I dont have lower control arms or trailing arms. I'm thinking about buying trailing arms too.

Those are the right wheels! And it's hard to say if going to a smaller tire will make you faster. If you're not close to crossing the line at redline in fourth than most likely! youre basically adding a little bit of gear to the car! But you're going to lose rollout! (Again, it's a trial and error thing) I'd personally stick with the m&h 325s Which are 28 tall
