Who else has had bad Experiences with UPS?
They are currently "investigating" my lost package. Which in this circumstance is a massive corsa cat back exhaust system.. How the he!! Do you just up a lose track of a darn box that big!?!?

My street address is the same as a guy who lives around the corner from me... street name, not even close!
UPS and USPS constantly deliver our mail and deliveries to each other... the little stuff, not a big deal... but come Christmas it's a huge hassle! We complain about it a couple times a year, but it never seems to make a difference... stuff still gets delivered wrong! |

I have never had an issue and I have used them a lot, especially with racecar stuff. I even have my UPS drivers cell number so if I am expecting something, I can meet up with him if needed.

I've had problems with both UPS and FedEx. I only use UPS because they are only a couple miles away and they seem to charge more than FedEx, way more than USPS.

I will post a kudos for my UPS driver for doing me a solid though...
My sprinkler system blew a pipe, was blowing water straight in to a basement well when he was delivering a package. He noticed it, and turned off the water at the shutoff valve. It kept my basement from flooding! He left me a sticky note letting me know what happened. Kudos for that! |

Imagine how Purolator can lose a 75" curved tv panel - in a box that requires a two man lift.

It sucks if something gets delivered to the wrong house and that person isn't an honest individual

I don't have any problem with deliveries, it's when I ship, and like I said happens with both UPS and FedEx.

i worked for UPS as a package loader for a couple months. the drivers are much better people than the loaders are. loaders can easily put your package off to the side, hide it when the super isnt looking... but its not like you can get it out of the warehouse without someone seeing you dragging away a big box w/ an exhaust system in it |

I was tracking the package and it seemed to be narrowed down to two potential ups centers. I went up to one and ofcourse they said it was the other.
You'd think the last arrival scan would be where the package is? |
