Late Model Racecraft's NEW Twin Disc Clutch!!
LMR and RPS clutches have worked together over the past few weeks to come up with our own exclusive clutch line for the new 2010 Camaro SS's. LMR now has the first aftermarket clutches available for shipment today! We decided to go with two different designs. The first one being an organic twin disc that will be able to support 600ft lbs of torque. The second clutch is our BAD BOY Carbon on Carbon billet twin disc clutch capable of holding 900ft lbs of torque. Over the past few weeks we have been testing this new Billet carbon on carbon clutch and I can tell you first hand that this thing drives like a dream for being able to handle such power. You will go through 3 cheap clutches before you even come close to breaking one of these. If anyone has any further questions or wishes to place an order today, please feel free to email me back or just give me a call at the shop. Thanks!

One other advantage is the Carbon/Carbon it is lighter, I don't know the weights of the Organic set up. I have driven many cars with these clutches and they have the best pedal feel out of any other brand and can hold some thrashing.

More importantly how is the pedal feel? Where does the clutch grab? Any chatter?

Yeah defiately pricey. Biggest things are weight, and how they handle the power you put to them. when you upgrade , more hp and tq it will be harder for your clutch to grab and put the car into motion. In a stock application the aftermarket clutch will just last much longer and grab a lot harder when you release it.

Now all we need is a TRULY reliable fix for the hydraulic setup.
I think RAM has a new non-GM design slave cylinder(which is what causes hydraulic issues) and when using an aftermarket master cylinder, might just do the trick. I know I might sound crazy, but I almost wish they had a mechanical setup so I would never have to worry about bleeding the hydraulics, keeping air out, keeping heat away and making sure the hydraulic seal in the slave cylinder stays where it should...
