I mean if someone went down that list and priced everything they will see that its a good deal and labor is included..

$19k for a supercharger!? Pass! For that price they should change the body work some more and come up with more unique striping.

I'd rather spend $7k for SLP's supercharger package.

So did you factor in the supercharger, the rims and tires, all of the suspension up grades, exhaust and etc..or did you just see a supercharger on that list? there is more to modding a car than just adding horsepower and torque..nice first post by the way

I kinda figured the following:
  • 2000 for paint work - custom stripes, rear fascia, grill area... I was quoted 700 just to have the stripes on my hatch and stock spoiler painted by a local paint shop. Those jobs ain't cheap.
  • 500 for the custom grill (comparing the phantom grill posted last week on camaro5 was 550)
  • 3000 for the wheels alone on the low side - the USED listings for the same brand 3 piece forged wheels are 2500+
  • 500 for the tires (those are big tires...)
  • 5000 for the supercharger from what I found doing google searches for the same kit
  • 500 for the supercharged tune
  • 150 for the floor mats (a good Lloyd set [i think that's the brand I bought?] will go for about that)

That only leaves $7,550 on the table for the labor for installing the supercharger and suspension upgrades, the suspension changes with progressive rate springs, rod and rear subframe bushings, car cover, and all the little emblems that they do.

These prices are with the thought of "what it would take to replicate" by purchasing everything brand new and having a shop do the installs.

LOL!! I agree 1320junkie.
I'm not sure if you guys are familiar with the BERGER name? (It's kind of a big deal.) Sort of like COPO & BALDWIN-MOTION. I think it's totally worth the money. Keep in mind that it is a LIMITED EDITION type car that will more than likely bring some hefty cash later on down the road if keep as is and not really driven much. Plus, labor for working on these cars, isn't cheap!
