Rented a SS for the day

Drove it like like 7 straight hours here in Vegas. Impressed with the mpg. Drove to lake mead and mt charleston. Avg fwy was 28.5 and city 22. Looks like it will be a SS for me. Btw it was auto but still very fun. And sexy!!!

I tried to rent one for memorial day weekend but they only had the v6 available. Is that one still fun to drive?

And I was debating on either buying the V6 or V8. Both are amazing. And I got on it a few times. the trip was around 250 miles!

22 city?
Dude, you're doing it wrong.
Its a freaking rental. Get on it!
If I go easy for a week I'll get 16.5 max.
I dont even see how 22 is possible

Why not rent a Honda then ?

You don't rent a Camaro to see how good of milage you can get, nor do you drive one for the milage....

Really......

I zeroed my mpg display at my last fillup and took off with the cruise control set to 55 just to see how high it would go. Got it up to 27.5 before I got bored and jumped all over it. Back down to 18.5 real fast...
