Was about to ask the same thing. Doesn't that look a little odd to have some of the car clear coated and shiny and the some flat? Hard to tell from pics.

It's a satin finish...
I've had the LS7 SEMA camaro as a background on one of my laptops for awhile...it was the look I wanted. I had stripes on it...and didn't want to just have stripes on the back...so I tried to think of what would 'complement' the look and decided on matching the spoiler...then the emblems just fell into place. As a middle aged old fart...the though of 'flat black' on a car...leaving it with a seemingly unfinished look was foreign to me....but I'm REALLY happy with the way it turned out. I got to see the LS7 camaro this past weekend in person...and found that it's paint was actually a little 'shinier' than mine...and was more of a charcoal than a black.
