How do I fit Corvette (04 z06) engine covers on my 02 SS?

My buddy gave me these covers, i thought they'd just fit right on, but doesnt seem so, too many wires and hoses in there getting in the way.
I searched but didnt find anything.

Any thoughts or ideas?

thanks.

corvette covers have to be modded to fit the camaro/firebird ls1. afterthoughtsauto dot com sells modded covers so you can see pics there if you want to attempt it yourself.

Yep, they must be cut/modded to fit over the extra tubing. I bought mine already modded from afterthoughtsauto.com, but many have modded their own.

Like the others said, It has to be modded. It's not to hard to do, I've helped some friends with their's. IMO, I've never seen the point of putting a fuel rail cover on your camaro that says corvette. It's only worth it if you plan on making it custom... and I have seen some nice custom ones.

IMHO it is probably better to at least buy the modded, corvette filled and primed ones. i was going to get ones completely done with trans am logo's and all but...my TA went to muscle car heaven...
