FYI - there is a loophole to the VA front plate law. The loophole is explained under "antique vehicle" subheading of the Front Plate section, but it applies to all vehicles. Paraphrasing as I'm too lazy too look up the exact wording: If your vehicle does not come from the factory with a spot to attach a front license plate than you are exempt from the front license plate requirement.

Tried signing as well, unable to though. We need to overturn this ridiculous law! Cost me $100 ticket plus cost of mounting plate $120 on my Vette.
