After market spark plug wires, what are the best ones to replace the
factory plugs wires with? or is it a waste of money and time?

MSD's are all I will use. Have them on every dragster we have built and every car build that goes out of the shop.

Other premium wires tend to fail at times at the plug end. The MSD's have a multi angle dual crimp system in order to prevent this from happening. There is a multi-angle boot end that you can manipulate away from the exhaust primary and they have a special heat resistant silicone to them as well. Any wire will burn if you leave it on hot metal though They have the lowest resistance and some of the best EMI suppression on the market as well.
