frustrated

Im starting to get frustrated, called dealer today and still none of his camaros were picked up for build. I ordered back on october 13th and first priority, dealer was onle alloted three for the year, all three are SS's. Called the chevrolet 1 800 number and asked why my dealers orders have not been pulled and they took my name and order number and said they would call me back. just wondering if there is anyone else with the same circumstanes?

The original allocations were through October 2009. Everyone needs to be patient. It is unfortunate for those of us who ordered at smaller dealers (I did too), but the allocations happen for a reason and the larger dealers get more.

I think that everyone who pre-ordered is going to find out that they get their car a lot faster than expected. Although, if you were thinking you were going to get your car March 30th, then you might be disappointed. And I am sorry for those who's dealers told them you would have it a month after SOP.

But everyone please be patient. Orders are flowing and cars are being built. And trust me, I think it is going to be worth the wait.

Pete's all over it.

I know it's frustrating... heck I havent' even ordered yet and I feel your pain.

Try to hang in there.

It will be so worth it.

I've got the same problem. I ordered in Dec. from Colonial/Hendricks Chevy here in Norfolk. My dealer was allocated 14, so he said, and I'm #6. As of today all his cars are still at 1100. I just don't get it. Texas, N.C., Las Vages all have a bunch of cars pulled/built. Some much for the preorder process.:(

I was in the same boat. But finally last week my dealers first order got pulled. Be patient. It's coming. They only officially started making them a week ago.

It just gets frustrating when you see all the V8 cars being pulled/built from alot of the same dealers, and your dealer has none pulled. Where are the V6 cars?

There's only been one built for my entire state so far it looks like, so don't feel too bad. They need to ramp up. They'll come... I expect a good number of people to be getting them by mid-June (just an opinion).

Guess it is not going as well with production as projected ...My TPW that I had for 2.5 weeks and was @ 3400 has been moved back 5 weeks and the V8 behind me has been only moved back 2 weeks. That with no constraints.

They should have taken care of those who preordered instead of building the dealer cars first. oh well.
